City Works Business Park in Openshaw, Manchester, is now 100 per cent let after a new tenant agreed terms.
Asset management specialists NSM, which oversees City Works, agreed a five-year lease with management consultants, D7 International Ltd.
D7 International is expanding across the North, growing from its thriving London-based headquarters. The lease has been agreed on Unit 4, Clayton Court, which offers 3,721 sq. ft for its new north west hub.
City Works Business Park is situated just off Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, with easy access to A635 and nearby M62 and M56 motorway networks.
